Unlike Windows 10, where the System Restore setting is part of Advanced System Settings in Control Panel, it’s much easier to find on Windows 11.

From this window, check the Security Settings section. If you see Stop near your main drive or any other drives you have, your System Restore is disabled. How to Enable System Restore on Windows 11
